We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head of Group Controlling who dares to go beyond average. If you are passionate about tech as much as we are, then ready, steady, Roosh.

You will:

→ group controlling and compliance
→ group budgeting, consolidation reporting, and analysis / FP&A
→ development and improvement of policies and procedures
→ unified standards of budgeting and reporting
→ ERP implementation support and business process optimization
→ financial modeling and investment analysis
→ working with external auditors and advisers
→ analysis and assessment of financial risks.

about you:

→ 7+ years of experience in Big4 plus international companies in finance management roles
→ ACCA or CIMA certification
→ advanced English
→ MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with ERP is desirable
→ team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
→ strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
→ excellent leadership and managing people experience
→ proficiency in finance software and technologies
→ positive attitude with a high aptitude to learn new things.
