We are looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer who dares to go beyond average. You will join a team of 8 game changers led by Bogdan Ponomar. If you are a lifelong learner, passionate about knowledge exchange as much as we are — welcome to the team.

You will:

→ cooperate with Communications and Event teams in order to create high-quality marketing materials for digital and print including social media and website visuals, events branding, brochures, presentations, infographics, packaging etc
→ develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research
→ creatively translate data sets into an easily understandable and visual end product
→ create images and designs by using traditional hard skills of drawing and painting, alongside other techniques including AI tools
→ monitor industry trends to ensure the creative strategy remains leading edge
→ work with the identity of the brand and update it if necessary.

It’s all about you:

→ at least 3-4 years of experience as a Graphic designer
→ have a portfolio demonstrating a range of creativity across the digital and print design
→ proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
→ solid knowledge of typography, layout, color, composition, and balance
→ 3D motion or animation skills as a plus
→ strong communication and presentation skills
→ you’re current in design trends, and you know how to make things catchy
→ intermediate English
→ ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
