We are Roosh, a Ukrainian company that creates and invests in AI and ML-focused projects. Our business-ecosystem is composed of venture studio Pawa, venture firm Roosh Ventures, Ukrainian AI/ML community AI HOUSE, tech university SET University, R&D company Neurons Lab, and startups Reface and ZibraAI. Roosh aims to build Ukraine as the European center for artificial intelligence.

Right now, we are looking for a talented and experienced Investment Analyst to join our professional team at Roosh with a focus on private projects.

You will:

→ Conduct market research for existing and new projects, deep dive both into traditional and high-tech industries
→ Prepare summaries and presentations for the internal committee and our partners
→ Lead investment reports with an investment decision based on a deep analysis of their market, product, financial performance, and team
→ Communicate with companies and partners, including testing products of promising companies, conducting Q&A sessions and interviews with founders, comment startup pitch decks
→ Consult and conduct business analysis for existing projects
→ Developing and optimization of business processes in the company

It’s all about you:

→ A financial or STEM education (KSE, KNU, KPI, KNEU, etc.)
→ 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (IB, PE, VC, consulting)
→ Deep knowledge of financial reporting (IS: revenue, main costs, and margins; BS, CF), and valuation methods (Multiples)
→ Understanding basic digital/software business metrics and concepts
→ Ability to prepare well-structured and well-written materials
→ At least B2 level English
→ Proficient user of PowerPoint and Excel
→ Interest in technologies, investments, venture market
