Content and SMM Manager (AI HOUSE)

AI HOUSE is the largest and most powerful community of AI/ML enthusiasts. Here, participants exchange experience and knowledge, acquire skills, implement new technological ideas, develop the industry and contribute to the creation of product AI startups in Ukraine.

To do this, AI HOUSE unites AI/ML specialists with its initiatives, such as: machine learning schools, workshops and meetups with practicing lecturers, conferences with international specialists, AI breakfasts to exchange ideas with AI opinion leaders, and much more. AI HOUSE is the part of Roosh ecosystem.

Now we are looking for a skilled and experienced Content and SMM Manager who dares to go beyond average. You will join a team of 6 game changers led by Bogdan Ponomar. If you are a lifelong learner, passionate about knowledge exchange as much as we are — welcome to the team.

You will:

→ Manage content across all platforms, including websites and social media
→ Write, edit, and proofread content (English and Ukrainian) for socials, web, newsletters, etc.
→ Manage a content team consisting of freelance writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
→ Formulate a cross-platform content strategy
→ Brainstorm with Communications Manager to develop new ideas
→ Build a following on social media and moderate all requests from the community
→ Track analytics (socials & web) to ascertain content engagement levels & preparing detailed social media activity reports
→ Run sponsored campaigns on social media with a digital manager to support company goals

It’s all about you:

→ 3+ years of previous experience in similar roles and portfolio of relevant work and projects
→ Copywriting background (English and Ukrainian)
→ Analytical and creative skills, followed by a sense of visual aesthetics,
→ Team management experience or experience to work with a group of freelancers with who you managed to get tasks done
→ Curiosity about the creation of community and the power of AI, and eagerness to learn about new industries & AI tools
→ Love to social media and deep understanding of all the current trends
→ A team player
